Beginning Acting for Grades 6-8 PERFORMS!

Prerequisite: Fall Beginning Acting for Grades 6-8. It's time to perform! Theatre Games! Movement! And Fun! Students in this beginning acting class for grades 6-8 will continue to discover the joy of theatre while they rehearse for their evening showcase on March 9, 2026. Students also need to be available for the technical rehearsals on March 7th during the day and March 8th during the evening.
Intermediate Acting for Grades 6-8 PERFORMS!

Prerequisite: Fall and spring semesters of Beginning Acting and fall Intermediate Acting for Grades 6-8. It's showtime! This intermediate performance acting class is for actors in grades 6-8 who will continue to work on characterization and other skills as they rehearse for their upcoming evening showcase on March 9, 2026. Students must be available for the technical rehearsals on March 7th during the daytime and March 8th during the evening.

Advanced Acting for Grades 5-8 PERFORMS!

Prerequisite: Fall and spring semesters of Beginning and Intermediate Acting or permission. This performance class is for the advanced actor in grades 5-8. Imagination — a skill central to the telling of a story — will be utilized to develop characters. Additionally, students will be introduced to scene study techniques as they rehearse for their March 9, 2026 evening showcase. Students must also be available for technical rehearsals on March 7th during the day and March 8th during the evening.
Beginning Acting for Grades 3-5 PERFORMS!

Prerequisite: Fall Beginning Acting for Grades 3-5 or permission. It's our performance semester! In this beginning performance acting class for grades 3-5, students apply the FUNdamentals learned last semester as they rehearse for the Raymond Center Showcase. Students must be available for tech rehearsals on March 7th during the day, March 8th during the evening, and for the 7:30 p.m. performance on March 9, 2026.
Intermediate Acting for Grades 4-5 PERFORMS!

Prerequisite: Fall Intermediate Acting for Grades 4-5 or by permission of instructor. It's our performance semester! In this intermediate performance acting class for grades 4-5, students will continue to build their skills and have fun as they get ready to perform on VT's Raymond Center stage. Students must be available for tech rehearsals on March 7 during the day, March 8 in the evening, and for the 7:30 p.m. performance on March 9, 2026.

Adventures in Acting for Homeschoolers Ages 8-14 in Wellen Park

This homeschool class in Wellen Park is for students ages 8-14 who want to experience the joy of theatre. Students will discover and develop their actor’s tools—body, voice, mind, and imagination—through improvisation activities, theatre games, and movement. Students will have the opportunity to work individually, in small groups, and as a whole group.
Workshop: Theatre Fun for Grades K-2 in Wellen Park
