Intermediate Acting for grades 4-5

Prerequisite: Beginning Acting, fall and spring semesters. This intermediate acting class is for actors in grades 4-5 who have completed the beginning class and are hungry for more. There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance. No class on October 8th.

Dance and Sing! for grades K-2
with Vanessa Russo
Instructors: Vanessa Russo and Eve Grissinger In this song and dance class for students in grades K-2, Vanessa will have your "little stars" movin' and groovin' while Eve gets them singing to those Broadway tunes. This class fosters social skills and group dynamics. There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance.

Broadway Bound: Musical Theatre for grades 3-6
with Vanessa Russo
Instructors: Vanessa Russo and Eve Grissinger In this musical theatre class, students in grades 3-6 will dance to the beat, sing to the rhythms, and learn the foundation of musical theatre. There is a corresponding spring performance class.
Beginning Acting for grades 3-5
with Eve Grissinger
Once students get a taste of the theatre in this beginning acting class for grades 3-5, they will be hungry for more! There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance.
Advanced Acting for grades 5-8
with Kelly Duyn
Prerequisite: Beginning and Intermediate Acting, fall and spring semesters or permission of instructors. This advanced acting class for students in grades 5-8 will encourage and emphasize using your imagination. Topics include characterization and scene-study techniques. There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance.

Theatre Magic for grades K-2
with Kelly Duyn
Instructors: Kelly Duyn & Eve Grissinger This acting class encourages students in grades K-2 to have fun while exploring the actor’s tools: body, voice, mind, and imagination. Bonus: Increased self-confidence and better presentation skills! There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance.
Say Yes! Improv for grades 5-8
with Daniel Dagesse
In this improvisation class, students in grades 5-8, "say yes" to the fun! Games and exercises develop problem-solving skills, the ability to think on your feet, and improve speaking skills. There is a corresponding spring semester performance class.
