Prerequisite: Students must have been cast to participate in this program. Pinky’s Players is a Venice Theatre community engagement program - with so much heart - that gives adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities a chance to experience the delight of performing on VT's Raymond Center stage in May. Actors must be available for technical rehearsals April 25, 2024 through May 2, 2024 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and performances May 2-5, 2024. Please note this program is not structured to offer one-on-one student support. Student actors must meet admission criteria.

Zumba® Toning with Christine!- Session 2

Zumba® Toning is perfect for those who want to party, but put an extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define muscles! Zumba® Toning works by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights). The challenge of adding resistance helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Light weights enhance a sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body. Please bring light weights (no more than 3 lbs). Ditch the Workout, Join the Party!

This is a great opportunity to increase confidence and decrease anxiety, and to finally find that community you've been looking for! Must be registered by Noon two days prior to the class.

Technical theatre Camp for grades 3-8

Get a taste of the technical theatre disciplines! In this technical theatre class, instructor Kelly Duyn will introduce students to the major aspects of technical theatre through hands-on experiences. It's going to be a lot of fun!

Adult Improv - Level 1 with Spencer

Playing Action! The DNA of Acting

Grow confidence in your acting in this intensive class that focuses on Playing Action, the DNA of acting. Learn what “to do” as an actor, how to do it, and how to find it. Includes practice in pursuing objectives, pushing through obstacles, watching things land, and reading behavior. Text will be provided. It is essential that you commit to all evenings of the class.
