Pinky’s Players is a Venice Theatre community engagement program - with so much heart - that gives adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities a chance to experience the delight of performing on VT's Raymond Center stage in May. Actors must be available for technical rehearsals May 1-8, 2025 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and performances May 8-11, 2025. Please note this program is not structured to offer one-on-one student support. Student actors must meet admission criteria.

For the adult theatre fan or avid reader curious about writing, Cline covers everything from idea generation to publication, examining the creative process, editing, market and audience, and paths to publication. Attendees will leave with a writing plan, words on a page, and a newfound sense of inspiration. Ideal for the continuing education student.

When Words Are Not Enough - Adult Workshop with Emily and Scott

The objective of this 2-part workshop is to help the actor move seamlessly between dialogue and song; to deepen the story-telling and the character’s thoughts, emotions, and intentions. Text and music will be provided, OR the student may choose to bring a short monologue/scene that leads into 16-32 bars of a song. Intermediate and advanced students ages 18-80. This is a great master class for students currently in a show, working on a solo showcase or cabaret, or wanting to put together a strong audition package.
