Come join Vanessa's popular dance class for the advanced beginner and intermediate-level students. Brush up for this season's auditions or just enjoy moving to the rhythm of the music.

Spencer's adult "drop-in" improv classes cater to any level with specially crafted games, warm-ups, and exercises. Try out one class or take them all! Material will be new and fresh every time. Increase confidence, decrease anxiety, and find community! Must be registered by noon two days prior to class.

In this unique class, you and your fellow students will study selected shows from VT's upcoming season. Class Time will include hearing from guest artists who will share their perspectives on directing, dramatic theory, and performance of the chosen shows.

In this adult writing and acting class, you will learn the process of writing an original script and the dynamics of acting the script. Specific topics will include character development, creating the scene's events, and tidbits of what a director looks at. Some memorization is required, as you will be acting your fellow students' scripts.

In this 3-week camp for students in grades 3-8, they will experience the joy of musical theatre, build acting skills, and most importantly - have fun! There will be a demonstration of the students' work on June 27th at 7:30 p.m. on VT's Raymond Center stage.

Camille's one-day workshop in the spring was so successful, students are asking for more! This 5-week class in Wellen Park is for the adult theatre fan or avid reader curious about writing. Cline covers everything from idea generation to publication, examining the creative process, editing, market and audience, and paths to publication. Attendees will leave with a writing plan, words on a page, and a newfound sense of inspiration. Ideal for the continuing education student.

VT SummerStock is a high-energy musical theatre “boot camp.” It is geared to high school and college students planning to move into the world of professional theatre. Acceptance is by audition only. AUDITIONS are Saturday, May 10, 2025 starting at 1 p.m.

REHEARSALS are June 9 – July 18, 2025 from 3 to 9 p.m. through June 27, then from 5:30 to 9 p.m. thereafter. PERFORMANCES are July 18 - Aug. 3, 2025 in the Pinkerton Theatre. Dark on Mondays with two performances on Aug. 2, 2025 SummerStock members will also perform in a Cabaret with the Teen Improv Troupe on July 20 and 21, 2025. Additionally, cast members will participate in Audition Prep and Building a Cabaret workshops.

In this introduction to theatre for grades 3-8 at Wellen Park, students will get a taste of what it's like both onstage and backstage. The class will include activities from acting to scenic design.
