This acting class just for teens (grades 9-12) explores techniques like physicalization and discovering the world of the play. These techniques will be applied to character development with assigned scene work or monologues. There is a corresponding spring semester class ending with a live performance by the students.

Once students get a taste of the theatre in this beginning acting class for grades 3-5, they will be hungry for more! There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance.

Prerequisite: Beginning Acting, fall and spring semesters or permission of instructor. This intermediate acting class is for actors in grades 6-8 who are ready to take the next step into the fabulous world of acting! Develop skills like characterization and listening. There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance.

Instructors:Eve Grissinger and Vanessa Russo This creative dramatics class for our youngest little actors will explore the magic of theatre through games, improv, and exercises. Bonus: Theatre promotes group dynamics and improves communication and problem-solving skills!

This advanced acting class for students in grades 5-8 will encourage and emphasize using your imagination. Topics include characterization and scene-study techniques. Bonus: Increased self-confidence and better presentation skills! There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance.

Join Vanessa for her popular adult dance class. She'll have your feet doing moves you never knew they could do. Great for the adult who wants to brush up for auditions or just wants to move and have fun! You will have the option to perform in a showcase on the evening of Nov. 9, with a tech rehearsal on Nov. 7.

This musical theatre class for grades 7-12 integrates dance and song for a full musical theatre class experience.
