Broadway Bound: Musical Theatre for grades 3-6

Instructors: Vanessa Russo and Eve Grissinger In this musical theatre class, students in grades 3-6 will dance to the beat, sing to the rhythms, and learn the foundation of musical theatre. There is a corresponding spring performance class.
Test Drive Acting for Adults in Wellen Park

Calling all adults! Come "test drive" an acting class in lovely Solis Hall! Meet new friends and have lots of fun while learning the basics of acting.
Acting for Teens Only! (Grades 9-12)
with Brad Wages
This acting class just for teens (grades 9-12) explores techniques like physicalization and discovering the world of the play. These techniques will be applied to character development with assigned scene work or monologues. There is a corresponding spring semester class ending with a live performance by the students.
Beginning Acting for grades 3-5
with Eve Grissinger
Once students get a taste of the theatre in this beginning acting class for grades 3-5, they will be hungry for more! There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance.
Intermediate Acting for grades 6-8
with Becky Holahan
Prerequisite: Beginning Acting, fall and spring semesters or permission of instructor. This intermediate acting class is for actors in grades 6-8 who are ready to take the next step into the fabulous world of acting! Develop skills like characterization and listening. There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance.
Creative Dramatics for pre-K (Ages 3-4)

Instructors:Eve Grissinger and Vanessa Russo This creative dramatics class for our youngest little actors will explore the magic of theatre through games, improv, and exercises. Bonus: Theatre promotes group dynamics and improves communication and problem-solving skills!
Advanced Acting for grades 5-8
with Kelly Duyn
Prerequisite: Beginning and Intermediate Acting, fall and spring semesters or permission of instructors. This advanced acting class for students in grades 5-8 will encourage and emphasize using your imagination. Topics include characterization and scene-study techniques. There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance.
Theatre Magic for grades K-2
with Kelly Duyn
Instructors: Kelly Duyn & Eve Grissinger This acting class encourages students in grades K-2 to have fun while exploring the actor’s tools: body, voice, mind, and imagination. Bonus: Increased self-confidence and better presentation skills! There is a corresponding spring semester class that includes a performance.
